    I’m so impressed the kid loved olives as a baby! Those took me forever to grow into, and my kids are similarly wary. But they do love the taste of olive oil, so I’m happy about that at least.

    Quesadillas are a go-to around here. I’ve never thought to use thawed chopped spinach without cooking it! Great idea.
