    Thank you for posting this recipe – it’s delicious!!! I had tasted this at a local, trendy Italian restaurant and wanted to try making it myself. Especially loved the punch of asiago cheese rind and the soupy-ness of the pureed beans. …I’m thinking of trying this with a different bean and green combo – maybe fava and kale (what’s in the house!). Will let you know how it turns out.
