Join Me at BabyCenter!

Friends, I’ve been cheating on you. Just a teeny, tiny bit. Last week, I started blogging for BabyCenter. If you’re a parent, I have no doubt you’re familiar with the site—it’s one of the first places I turned for information when I learned I was pregnant. I signed up for their weekly you-and-your-fetus updates, and followed them all the way from “Your baby is the size of a grain of rice” to “Congratulations! You’re a mom!” Once Harry was on the outside the emails slowed but kept coming, helping me to navigate his growth and development. Last August, when Harry turned 5, they finally stopped. I nearly cried, both because I’d miss the friendly, reassuring attitude and because I couldn’t believe my son was so freaking old.

So when they invited me to blog for them, how could I say no?

At BabyCenter, I’ll focus mostly on cooking and eating during the first year or two of a baby’s life, just like in my cookbook. I hope you’ll join me! I’ll post links here every so often, to make sure you don’t miss a thing.

My first two posts:

In Beyoncé’s Kitchen: Slow Cooker Chicken Marsala (yeah, I went there)
Feeding a Toddler When Mama Can’t Cook

What would you like to see me write about over there? I’d love to know!
