    This sounds AMAZING. I can’t help but think a vegan 40-day stretch before holidays is much better than what many of us do to ourselves immediately after! I’m game… especially if I could put my face in one of these at the end.

    This was absolutely delicious and beautiful! Cutting into the layers looks like it takes much more effort than I actually put into it. Love working with phyllo.
