Patience, Grasshopper

My computer’s on the fritz. While it’s being fixed I’m on a loaner laptop, which is making everything just a wee bit more complicated than I’d like. Which means I probably won’t be posting much until I’m back on more comfortable terrain.

Soon, I promise. Hopefully within a few days.
Meanwhile, though, let’s use this opportunity to get to know each other a little better :
  • Is there anything you’ve been wondering about me that I haven’t already addressed (as if that’s possible)?
  • Any cooking or food or family-feeding issues you’re particularly caught up in these days?
  • And for you parents of infants: Got any currently-too-complicated recipes you’d like me to help you transform for Nap-Time Cooking?

    I'd love some recipes/discussion about meals where you re-purpose the leftovers into something else. Like, I make a roast chicken and then I use the leftover chicken to make chicken salad and the carcass to make soup. Or, I make a crock-pot pot roast and use the leftover meat in burritos with rice and beans. But you know, MORE INTERESTING than that!

    Good idea, Ann! I do have a handful of posts tagged "leftovers," but I could surely do more. Actually, I think I do have more older posts that I haven't tagged yet…
