Looking for Passover recipes? Look no further

In a fit of inspiration (also known as procrastination against looming deadlines), I went through Words to Eat By’s recipe index and added a tag to all my recipes that will work for Passover. In some cases they’re on the same page as recipes that use chametz, but I trust you to figure things out.

While we’re here, let’s talk about breakfast for a minute. My mouth is perfectly happy eating matzoh brei every day, but after a few days my digestive tract ain’t so happy. Plus this is the first Pesach where Harry’s old enough to a) understand what’s going on, at least a little bit, and b) realize that all his favorite breakfast foods (waffles, pancakes, toast, cereal, oatmeal…) are off-limits. I anticipate tantrums. The dear child dislikes eggs and he came home from his school’s model seder convinced he hates matzoh. And while we’ve got a box of KP cereal, you and I both know I might as well be pouring cardboard pellets into his bowl. So, what are your favorite Pesach breakfasts?
