    Ha – this is fantastically timely. Was just going to have a quick look at your blog and *then* have a think about what to do with the chicken thighs I have in the fridge… LOVE IT. I'm so making this tonight. Maybe some sort of cous cous salad or rice pilaf to go with it, yum!

    Yum! We had it with Israeli couscous last night. So. Good. Using the leftovers for fried rice, I think.
