    Love the book title, the idea and the recipe. I'm wondering, though, couldn't you just throw everything into a food processor and pulse?

    Squid, I had the same question, but I didn't have a chance to try it out. I suspect that the processor would turn too much of the lemon into juice, even pulsing.

    I made this tonight in a desperate last minute attempt at dinner. And it was so savory and scrumptious, I made sure every drop of that salsa was on our plates. I had to sub a shallot and just had one lemon, but it was still terrific.

    I know, it's kind of magical, isn't it? I used what was left of mine as a base for salad dressing–out of this world.
