    This should be called Galactagogue Casserole! Barley and fennel are two of the big milk supply boosters– nursing moms everywhere should be cooking this!

    Marthaandme, the fennel almost disappears into the dish. It's not a strong licorice flavor at all (I don't care for that, either!)

    Stephanie, I saw your fennel-y rack of lamb–GORGEOUS!

    And Jesse, I can't believe I didn't think of that! I'm up to my eyeballs in galactagogue research and it totally slipped my mind. This'll be perfect for that chapter of my book 😉
